Regarding the goods themselves, there are several collaboration options with factories.
You can import non-branded goods, you can produce your own branded products, or you can import already registered well-known brands by purchasing a license.
When it comes to producing your brand, you have the option to brand an existing product from a specific factory, or you can design and produce your product from scratch.
Keep in mind that factories have certain minimum order quantities required to fulfill an order, which are generally higher when you want to work with branded goods.
We always advise signing a contract with the factories before creating an order, with clearly defined clauses drafted and reviewed by our lawyer.
We carry out this step for all our clients, and the contract is signed between our company in China and the factory in China to ensure that the competent court is in China, providing you with complete protection (when the signatory is a company from Serbia, practice has shown that enforcing the contract can be difficult).
In addition to the contract, we always recommend ordering samples that will arrive at your location within five to seven days, allowing you to verify the quality of the desired product and avoid any surprises. It is advisable to keep one sample with our team in China so that we can conduct quality control and verify the manufactured products by comparing them with the specific sample you approved after production.
